The Vaccines Sub-Committee of the
International Society for Clinical Biostatistics is a focal point for
statisticians working in vaccines research worldwide. It consists
of:

A sub-committee of
the ISCB whose members are statisticians in vaccines research from
academia, industry and regulatory agencies, from both North America
and Europe

A mailing list of some 300 vaccines
statisticians in all parts of the world
Mission

professional platform for vaccines statisticians

Discuss relevant statistical and
methodological developments

Establish a relationship with regulatory
agencies and international organizations

Discuss new regulatory guidelines and
comment upon draft guidelines

Encourage statistical research and
professional development

Web
seminars
In
keeping with the sub-committee's mission, we are planning to explore the
possibility to organize web seminars
on selected topics of interest in statistical methods for vaccines
research. These web seminars will be
free of cost (that’s our goal) for
the attendees and they will be organised by using web meeting and TC
facilities. In order to do accomplish this we would like to ask your
input regarding potential speakers and topics.
